Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or special-order items on both our Radiance Series and Vibrance Series rims once the order is placed. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items.

Our Black Label Series rims are eligible for returns within 15 days of original purchase date. Items must be in original packaging, unused and free from any sign of use or installation. 15% restock fee will be charged for returns. Purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please allow 1-3 business days to process returns.

Any items marked as clearance are ALL SALES FINAL and NOT eligible for return or refund

Warranty Replacement/Refund:

CTS Racing rims are covered by the manufactures 2-year replacement or refund due to manufacture defects only. We are not responsible for misuse or improper installation of any items.

If there is a true manufacturer’s defect, please refer to our Contact us page and we will start the warranty claim process for you. Please make sure to include your full name, best contact number, order number, photos of defective product, and description of the defect (if not clearly visible).

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a copy of the Return Information Form, which will include the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please print this form and include it with your returned merchandise.

As the consumer, you acknowledge that all products created, manufactured or distributed by Colortec Solutions Inc. ‘CTS Racing’ are provided on the condition that its users accept full responsibility for any ill effects the product may cause.

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Shipping times can vary. Special and custom order items have current production time of APROX. 8-12 weeks. Our goal is to ship out customers’ orders as fast as possible. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. CST. and in stock usually ship same day, however during holidays or unexpected circumstances, it may take us a bit longer to get your order out.

My order has been shipped; can I track it?

Yes, all orders will receive a shipping conformation email to include appropriate tracking information. Please allow 24-48hrs for tracking information to process and be available. ALL orders will be shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS and will be signature required delivery. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, in stock items can be picked up in person in Omaha NE. Occasionally arrangements can be made for delivery to race events free of charge.

What about pre-orders?

When a customer places a “pre-order,” they are reserving the item for when it becomes in stock and shippable at a later date; when available, an ETA (estimated time of arrival) date will display near the Pre Order icon on the product page. All pre-orders must be pre-paid in full to reserve the product.
